Platform - Betfolio online service operated by the Operator.
Operator - entity managing the Betfolio Platform.
User - a natural person holding an account on the Platform and acquiring access to paid tips.
Tipster - independent creator publishing paid tips on the Platform.
Paid Tips - informational and analytical content regarding sporting events.
Subscription - paid access to a selected Tipster's tips for a specified period.
Satisfaction and Profit Guarantee - compensation mechanism described in these regulations.
Service Nature
The Betfolio Platform is not a bookmaker, does not accept bets, and does not mediate their placement.
Paid tips have informational and analytical nature only.
No single tip or set of tips constitutes a guarantee of winning.
Decisions regarding participation in betting are made independently and at the User's own risk.
Subscriptions and Access
Subscriptions may be offered for periods of:
weekly
monthly
longer than one month (e.g., 3, 6, or 12 months)
Access to paid tips is granted immediately after payment is received.
The subscription is assigned to the User account and cannot be transferred to third parties.
Refunds as a Gesture of Goodwill
The Operator allows a one-time refund within 7 days from the start of the subscription.
Refund applies only to:
the first purchase of the subscription,
active subscription,
User who has not violated Platform regulations.
Refund can be made:
by logging into the account and navigating to Account Settings → Subscriptions,
or by contacting via email at contact@betfolio.io.
After 7 days from subscription start, refunds are not possible.
Refund causes immediate termination of access to paid tips.
Refund does not apply:
for subscriptions extended under the Satisfaction and Profit Guarantee,
for repeated purchases of the same subscription from the same Tipster.
Satisfaction and Profit Guarantee
The guarantee applies only to subscriptions of at least one month.
The guarantee does not apply to weekly subscriptions.
Guarantee conditions:
publication by the Tipster of at least 10 tips per month,
achievement of yield greater than 0.1.
For subscriptions longer than one month:
required number of tips: 10 × number of subscription months,
yield calculated for the entire billing period.
If conditions are not met, the User receives a free subscription extension.
Maximum number of extensions: 3.
After 3 extensions, the subscription is definitively terminated.
Tips for Tipsters
Users may tip the Tipster at any time for their work.
Tips are voluntary and not required to use the subscription.
The Platform operator does not charge any commission on tips.
Tips are non-refundable and not covered by the Satisfaction and Profit Guarantee.
Payments
All payments are processed through the Stripe operator.
The Platform operator does not charge any commissions.
Fees may be applied by Stripe according to its terms and chosen payment method.
After 7 days from subscription purchase, refunds are not possible, and the only compensation is the Satisfaction and Profit Guarantee.
Payments via iOS App
Paid tips subscriptions can be purchased through the iOS app using the Apple App Store payment system (In-App Purchase).
Apple charges a commission of 30% on each transaction made through the App Store. This commission is automatically deducted by Apple before funds are transferred to the Operator.
Funds from the sale of subscriptions and paid tips through the iOS app are paid out by Apple with a delay of 30 days from the transaction date.
Subscription prices displayed in the iOS app may differ from prices applicable in the web or Android version. This is due to Apple's system requirements, which use predefined price points expressed in US dollars (USD).
The price in the iOS app is determined by converting the original price to USD at the current exchange rate, then matching it to the nearest available Apple price point. Available price points are: 0.99 / 1.99 / 2.99 / 4.99 / 6.99 / 9.99 / 12.99 / 14.99 / 17.99 / 19.99 / 22.99 / 24.99 / 27.99 / 29.99 / 32.99 / 34.99 / 39.99 / 42.99 / 44.99 / 47.99 / 49.99 / 54.99 / 59.99 / 64.99 / 69.99 / 74.99 / 79.99 / 84.99 / 89.99 / 94.99 / 99.99 / 114.99 / 124.99 / 149.99 / 179.99 / 199.99 / 214.99 / 229.99 / 249.99 / 299.99 / 399.99 / 499.99 USD.
A given subscription variant is available in the iOS app only whenthe difference between the original price (converted to USD) and the nearest Apple price point does not exceed 20%. If the difference is greater, the variant is not offered through the iOS app and can only be purchased through the web or Android version.
Discount coupons set by tipsters in the management panel are not supported for purchases made through the iOS app. This is due to the limitations of the Apple App Store payment system.
If a subscription variant is not displayed in the iOS app due to too large a price difference, it is possible to create a dedicated price variant - to do so, please contact Platform support: contact@betfolio.io.
Subscription Cancellation
The User may cancel automatic subscription renewal.
Cancellation does not result in a refund for the started period.
Access to paid tips lasts until the end of the paid period.
Cancellation can be made:
by logging into the account and navigating to Account Settings → Subscriptions,
or by contacting via email at contact@betfolio.io.
Responsibility
The User acknowledges that betting carries financial risk.
The Operator and Tipsters are not responsible for the User's financial losses .
The User waives all claims against the Operator and Tipsters for failure to achieve expected results.
Responsible Gaming and Age
Using the Platform and paid tips is allowed only
The User declares that they use the Platform consciously and responsibly.
The Platform encourages moderation and the use of support tools in case of gambling problems.
Final Provisions
The Operator reserves the right to amend these regulations.
Changes take effect on the date of publication on the Platform.
These regulations are subject to the law applicable to the registered seat of the Operator.
